What we do: Care for children
We have been delivering childcare for over 30 years and our aim is to extend the provision of affordable high quality childcare within the Thames Gateway in partnership with Surestart and schools.
What is Sure Start?
Sure Start is a Government initiative for families with children up to the age of 14, including those with special educational needs and for those with disabilities up to age 16.
It brings together early education, child care and health and family support, so the nursery is not only a safe and caring place for a child to be but it also gives children the best possible chance of achieving their potential.
Nurseries
We have two modern new nurseries, one in the centre of Dartford and one on Temple Hill in Dartford in partnership with Surestart and Temple Hill Primary School.
We are aiming to open a new nursery in Dartford in September 2006.
Pre-school and afterschool at Swanscoombe
We have a pre-school in the centre of Dartford that is open 5 mornings and 2 afternoons. We are planning to open a pre-school in Temple Hill, Dartford during 2006.
Breakfast and after school and holiday clubs
We been have running after school clubs and holiday clubs for over 10 years, and currently run on the King's Farm Estate.
We also run holidays clubs from our centres in Dartford and Woolwich.
Our after school clubs are safe places where children can enjoy sports and physical activity, arts and craft, and other fun and constructive activities.

Our child care centres are registered with Ofsted and all our staff are qualified carers.
All our staff are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and trained to the highest standard in first aid and child protection.
